LED is composed of two semiconductor compounds with positive and negative electrical properties. The N (Negative) type semiconductor due to prevalence of electronic and the P (Positive) type semiconductor due to prevalence of hole are attached in a form of a thin layer.
If a voltage here is charged, electrons of an N layer will move to a P layer, combining with the hole while radiating energy, i.e. light. At this time, the difference between the N layer and the P layer determines a color of light. If a difference in energy is big, short wavelength (blue lights) will come out. If smaller, red lights will come out. Beyond the visible region, ultraviolet light and infrared light it will come out. This energy difference depends on the material of the compound.

Why is LED ’s heat dissipation important?
Heat dissipation in LED lighting is one of the very core technologies. LED generates thermal energy of 70% in order to obtain a light energy of 30%. At this time, unless thermal energy of 70% is not dissipated, a life of LED will be significantly reduced, thereby reducing its useful life.
So we can say that this heat dissipation technology is very important.
